It's a nice right and duty of an European to collaborate on union-level. The idea of "Personal EU" is, that everyone should have an own personal team consisting of "someone completing me" from up to each EU country. The first essential challenge of a Personal EU era is to create an "EU27 Team Finder". This requires inspiring PPPP collaboration (Politic-Public-Private-Person) and personal interactivity from decision makers on all levels and sectors of the society.
