I propose a provably universal concept of dynamic complexity of real system behaviour and its problem-solving applications [1] (see also a pdf file from this page ). They include:
(1) Complex dynamics of autonomic, intelligent, knowledge-based communication networks and other ICT/AI structures; ways of their provably efficient realisation [2]
(2)Dynamically emerging intelligence and consciousness as well-specified levels of unreduced dynamic complexity; applications to various realisations of natural and artificial (machine) consciousness and intelligence [3]
(3) Irreducibly complex, chaotic dynamics in real nanosystems of natural and artificial origin (e.g. nano-devices, quantum devices, bio-chemical interaction networks, genome interaction dynamics) [4]
(5) Consistent, complex-dynamical solution of general biological problems of evolution (qualitatively new form emergence) and essential life properties (autonomous dynamic adaptability, élan vital, development, etc.); application to creation of qualitatively new, integral medicine framework (complete understanding and control of unreduced complex, multivalued dynamics of each organism) [6]
(6) causally complete analysis of real ecological systems, both local and global, with the resulting conclusion about their development; rigorously substantiated, genuine sustainability and ways of its practical realisation [7]

We are an active group of scientists, headed by Prof. E. Diamadopoulos (Department of Environmental Engineering, Technical University of Crete, Greece) and our expertise is in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment and management, solid waste treatment and management, and biomass utilization for the production of added-value materials.
