Need professional help managing a project? We assist both industrial and academic organisations with a number of different aspects of the EC funding process using our extensive 20-years of experience in the following areas:
seeking partners and forming consortia
compiling Expressions of Interest
constructing winning projects
writing successful proposals
managing, evaluating and reviewing EC-funded proposals & projects
giving presentations on EC funding
If you are running up against one of the submission deadlines, we can undertake a straightforward critique of an existing draft proposal or EOI, highlighting weaknesses and deficiencies that need addressing before submission.
At the other extreme, we can undertake a complete review of your organisation's capabilities and business objectives, and advise on optimum funding routes. We can manage the proposal preparation process, including the search for partners, and then - once a proposal has been provisionally accepted - we can handle the contract negotiation with the EC, co-ordinate the production of the required 'Description of Work' and 'Contract Preparation Forms' and even manage/administer the entire project - all of which we have successfully done many times.
